I have a question!
if Matt had only 2 minutes to photograph his food, you know before it gets cold and every one sits down to devour it, how would he get a reasonable picture together really Fast with minimal equipment setup?

This is nearly always my own situation and although I know it is nowhere near the professional approach, I would love any tips to improve my photographs taken under these more casual circumstances.
