I hope that next year they open up the competition to allow contributions from outside the US. I went to submit my contribution and found that I was not allowed. Maybe next year!

Good image. The was one of the best ones!

Me and my wife got in the final 30 as well with our Citrus-Glazed Ancho Shrimp. An excellent shrimp dish that we pair with a chilled avocado soup.

I hope they host the contest again next year!

L & Leight - I don’t think they sent out confirmations, we just got an email a couple of weeks ago asking if it was ok to use the image in the gallery.
